Assembly was a snap. The stand is very stable, more substantial than expected and moves very easily. The stand allows the TV to tilt left/right nicely. It's very sturdy and the design is well thought out. It comes as a kit, but the instructions are easy to follow and the various connecting parts easy to identify. I was very impressed with the quality of the hardware. There's no cheesy snapping stuff together. The various screws and bolts were all there and well packaged and the required Allen wrenches were conveniently provided. I thought there were a lot of screws, but a wide variety of screws are included to cover whatever sort of attaching is needed for installing the screen you are using. I found the ones I needed and there ended up being extras that weren't necessary for my situation. They are packaged individually and it's not confusing to figure out which ones are appropriate for the type of installation.I installed a 55" Samsung that weighs about 80lbs. No problem.
